The Rockids group boasts 15 years of experience in the care of children aged 0 to 12 years in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in its crèches and day care centres.

Originally a family business, the Rockids group has been fully restructured following its acquisition at the end of 2017 by La Maison Bleue, an early childhood expert with its 1,500 crèches in Europe. Supported by an evolutionary dynamic, Rockids is boosting its professionalism thanks to the experience and know-how of a leading group in childcare with administrations and large French companies. Its expertise is enriched by regular quality and pedagogical audits within the structures and by the regular acquisition of new childcare facilities in Luxembourg.

With its expertise in providing childcare to young and older children alike, Rockids is today one of the major players in the non-formal and extracurricular education sector dedicated to children aged 0 to 12.

Rockids day care centres have a solid educational foundation, built on caring and positive pedagogy. The children are cared for in renovated and modernised facilities which contribute to making Rockids a real professional in childcare and education in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Physical and emotional safety

Our establishments are of high quality, safe and provide a fulfilling environment. The child is accompanied in its daily development by a qualified reference person.

The child is unique. We place them at the centre of our attention and support them in their emotions and desires. We provide individualised care for each child. We create positive and nurturing relationships and encourage the child in a caring way.

Awareness and autonomy

The child’s potential is infinite. We guide them towards becoming autonomous by inviting them to explore their environment through their own experiences. We encourage their development through an adapted educational programme. We accompany them in their socialisation and discovery of the world.

Healthy and varied diet

We prepare the meals in our central kitchen using fresh and seasonal products. We rigorously choose our suppliers and favour local products, with guarantees of traceability and quality. We encourage the discovery of flavours through a diversity of menus in line with the multicultural context of Luxembourg.

Activities and development

We offer children a variety of activities, in line with their needs, in order to promote their motor skills, develop their autonomy and encourage the building of their identity. We work within the framework of the national fields of action.

Diversity and inclusion

We welcome families with their own characteristics, in terms of values, ethnic origin, religion, language or other. We value diversity and integrate it into our daily life so that it enriches our welcoming approach. We also develop a multilingual education programme.

Continuing education

Our education teams are qualified and trained to keep abreast of pedagogies and to constantly question their role. Thanks to a multidisciplinary training programme, our educators enhance their know-how and develop their skills. Our training courses are approved by the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth.

Parent exchange

We support families in the education of their children and include parents in our educational project. We take care of the morning and evening hand-over for the well-being of the children. We are committed to sharing our knowledge and expertise through formal and informal exchanges.
