Rockids consolidates its organisation in Luxembourg to improve its service

In order to strengthen its presence in the Luxembourg childcare market, Rockids, a childcare and education service for children aged 0-12, is proud to announce the appointment of Myriam Filali as General Manager Luxembourg.

The Rockids group has been active in the non-formal education market for more than 15 years and welcomes nearly 500 children in Luxembourg every day in its 12 facilities.

Acquired in 2018 by Maison Bleue, a major player in the European crèche management market, the Rockids Group expanded in February 2020 with the acquisition of Minimaya crèches and Maya day care centres, which have a strong presence in the south of the country.

In order to continue its development in Luxembourg and to better meet the expectations of its customers, partners and employees, Rockids is pleased to announce the arrival of Myriam Filali as Managing Director Luxembourg.

Thanks to her knowledge of the Luxembourg market and her solid experience as Managing Director, Myriam Filali will be able to meet the requirements and ambitions of the Group.

Resident in the country for more than 20 years and a mother, Myriam Filali naturally seized the opportunity to work in the field of children’s services in order to support the Rockids teams in the consolidation of the Group. Experienced in setting up a foreign group in Luxembourg, Myriam Filali will bring to La Maison Bleue Group her knowledge of the unique aspects of her adopted country, Luxembourg, and will be able to steer the growth and development strategy initiated by La Maison Bleue.

As General Manager of the Rockids Group, Myriam Filali is keen to support our educational project and our pedagogical ambitions, and to consolidate the partnership with families. But above all, Myriam Filali will be in a position to improve our facilities and enhance our establishments in relation to the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth (MENJE). Her action and that of the Rockids teams will always have the satisfaction of our customers as their ultimate goal. The implementation of a quality charter for the network, the development of concepts and the continuous training of the teams are the next steps in this consolidation. New crèches are due to open soon in Leudelange and Dudelange, confirming the new “Montessori by Rockids” concept.
