Rockids opens a new Day Care Center in Strassen. Open house from 18 to 21 July 2022!

Today, Rockids has 11 day care centres in central and southern Luxembourg. With the opening of a new day care centre in Strassen, Rockids becomes the leading private player for 4 to 12 year olds and completes its offer to better meet the needs of children and parents.

What are the main advantages of our new day care center?

• Ideal location and setting

Located on the road to Arlon, this beautiful structure, completely renovated, offers large interior spaces specially designed for the development of children from 4 to 12 years.

A private car park in front of the centre allows parents to drop off their children easily.

A large, spacious garden overlooking nature in the heart of the city will allow children to evolve in a soothing environment and have fun in the fresh air.

• An educational project committed to nature and ecology

Laura and her team will accompany your children every day in a universe of empathy, respect and benevolence, with nature as the main focus. Our educational projects will be adapted to the needs and ages of the children and will be very much oriented towards ecology and respect for nature.

Vegetable gardens will be made available to the children and accessible to parents to grow vegetables, fruit and herbs.

Particular attention is paid to “anti-gaspi” to make children aware of the importance of natural resources.

• Local and home-made meals

Thanks to our central kitchen located in Mamer, your children will benefit from fresh, healthy and local meals made every day by Olivier, our cook trained in early childhood nutrition. Accompanied by a naturopath, he prepares special menus: “Gluten-free menu”, “Immunity menu”, “Anti-hyperactivity menu”, “World discovery menu”,…

The products are rigorously selected in collaboration with our local Luxembourg partners.

Culinary workshops are also offered to children to enable them to develop their creativity. Multilingualism is also integrated into our menus through the organisation of theme weeks. The child actively participates in meals, snacks and culinary activities.

• Support for your child’s education

Whatever their age, each child must be able to develop in complete serenity and at their own pace. In our day care centre in Strassen, we will provide a room specially dedicated to homework help, so that they can work in peace.

Shuttle buses will also be provided to transport the children to school. We understand the importance of serious academic support for your child. This frees you up and gives you peace of mind as a parent.

• We support parents on a daily basis

Open every day of the year from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays), our Rockids day care centre in Strassen is the ideal place for your children. This home will welcome about thirty children in order to privilege an individual accompaniment. Our staff will be able to welcome you in different languages in order to adapt to your needs.
