Training our teams – our priority
In order to provide a fulfilling environment for the children we care for and a quality welcome for families, we have our own internal training school.
Our specialist Montessori and multidisciplinary trainer offers a 16 to 24 hour training course per year for education teams.
We have a training room, equipped with all the Montessori material.

Your integration process
When you join the Rockids teams, you will benefit from an induction programme that will enable you to better understand the way the company works and the environment in which it operates. You will be given the opportunity to meet with your peers and/or the different business lines of the company and introduce yourself and become familiar with our internal organisation. A day of immersion in a crèche or day care centre will give you an insight into our core business and enable you to better understand our educational project.
A personalised training plan
As a member of the education team, and according to your needs, our in-house trainer will draw up a personalised training plan for you, including pedagogical, Montessori or more general training, language training or training on crèche childcare such as hygiene or safety. All our training courses are approved by the Ministry of Education.

For more than 15 years, Rockids has been caring for children from 0 to 12 years of age in its network of crèches and day care centres in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Our educational project aims to welcome children every day in a fulfilling and reassuring environment with innovative activities and adapted and tailor-made professional facilities. In order to guarantee a quality welcome to families, Rockids has its own training school with SNJ-approved training courses and its own kitchen to prepare menus in line with the educational approach.
